It is a joint contribution of all of us to the camp bed, from which we will draw joy, create activities and take care of the necessary equipment.

This year, the camp organized by us is not financed by the Vilnius city municipality, therefore the activities are carried out using participants' contributions and donations from benefactors.

The donation can only be given in cash on the first day of the child's camp attendance. Payment by bank transfer or payment card is not possible.

Brief about the camp:

GROUPS

Children will be divided into four age groups:

Group I – 6-7 year old children

Group II – 8-9 year old children

Group III – 10-11 year old children

Group IV – children aged 12-14

Throughout the day, we will follow the principle of these groups, so each age group will have activities adapted to it, which will be led by volunteers - animators.

We will start the day all together, then the activities will take place in groups, and at the end of the day we will meet again for a common conclusion.

AGENDA*

14:00 – the start of the camp day

14:15 – activities in age groups, attendance marking, circles

15:30 – free time and snack

16:00 – general group activities, organized games

18:00 - end of the day and farewell

* The agenda is preliminary and may change slightly depending on the age group and specific activities.

What are we going to do?

We will try to organize most of the activities outside. If the weather is not kind, we will move the joys of the camp under the roof of the monastery, where there will certainly be enough space for everyone. Every day, children will:

various circles;

team and mobile games;

new songs and hymns;

creative activities;

catechesis and prayer;

fellowship with peers;

an end-of-day treat – ice cream or other treats when the weather returns.

More detailed information about each day's adventure for the children will be presented at the start of the camp day.

***

What to bring?

To make the camp fun and comfortable, please take care of:

âś… sun hat;

âś… drinker for water;

âś… snack box according to personal needs;

âś… comfortable clothing and footwear according to the weather conditions.

Meals are not organized at the camp, so children should arrive after having already had lunch.

If children of different ages from the same family attend the camp, each of them should have their own drink and snacks, as they will participate in the day's activities in separate groups.

***

Attendance and Important Information

A child may start attending camp not necessarily from the first day of the shift.

Also, registration does not oblige you to participate every day. However, upon arrival at the camp, the child should participate in the entire program of that day - from 14:00 to 18:00.

For children's safety:

you can join the activities only until 2:00 p.m.;

it is not possible to leave and later return to the camp;

it is necessary to present the registration consent on the first day of the visit.

Children can come to the church yard for free games from 1:45 p.m.

Childcare is not provided until this time.

HEALTH AND SAFETY

We invite parents and guardians not to let their children to the camp if they notice signs of contagious diseases or colds: fever, cough, sore throat, runny nose, stomach aches, other symptoms of illness.

If the child becomes ill during the camp, we will immediately contact the parents or guardians and agree on his return home, which the parents should take care of.

Excursions and Special Activities

If excursions or a special full-day program will be organized for a specific age group during the camp, we will inform you in advance by email.

We are waiting for you!

Let's meet in the courtyard of the Lazdynai church, where the rich laughter of childhood echoes from the happiest children's hearts!

St. John Bosco constantly told his pupils:

"Play, dance, do whatever you want, but do not sin."

So we can't wait to do so!

See you at camp!
